About this Exhibit

This exhibit began as a celebration of our 5th anniversary in Fall 2013, and is maintained by the Computer & Video Game Archive (CVGA) in the Duderstadt Center. You are welcome to browse through their entire collection of games through University of Michigan Library Catalog Search. You can view a feed of the most recent games added to their collection on their website. You can also find a list of game consoles that are available for use on their website.

The CVGA is housed in the Art, Architecture & Engineering Library. For more information related to this library, you can visit their website.

Acknowledgements

We would like to take a moment to thank Dave Carter, who came up with the original idea for the exhibit, Alex Purcell and Adam Jazairi, who helped to do extensive research on the topic, and Maria Seiferle-Valencia, who painstakingly photographed many of the consoles for the exhibit. Valerie Waldron was the main curator of the exhibit.

Questions or comments about the exhibit may be emailed to the Computer & Video Game Archive.
