Philip Zimmermann

Philip Zimmerman is an artist who works primarily in artists’ books. Long Story Short is semi-autobiographical that attempts to tell a story through cliches. The work features hands as a connecting theme. All of the images in the work are gathered from magazines published when Zimmerman was growing up. One additional work created by Zimmermann is also included in the AAEL Special Collection.
