Solidarity is Our Weapon [Salidarnast nasha zbroia] is part of a series called Exercise Books, in which the author has drawn slogans of the resistance in school notebooks with felt-pen in the style of cross stitch, thereby inscribing the 2020 protests into Belarusian history. This montage includes a reprographic architectural drawing of a factory by the artist’s grandfather, who was a Soviet-era architect.
