Myron Morteson graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.S. in Civil Engineering in 1931. He worked as an engineer in the University of Michigan Plant Department until 1954 when he became Chief Draftsman.
Mort's great contribution to the University of Michigan history is his map with footprints of all of the buildings of the University's Ann Arbor Campus from the beginning to the 1970s.
