Biography/Memoir

It is with diverse emotions that the Regents of the University now contemplate the departure of Vice-President Radock to assume the position of Senior Vice-President for Development and University Relations at the University of Southern California.

There is at once a sense of pride that derives from watching yet another university recognize the value of Mr. Radock's expertise which the Regents acknowledged long ago; a sense of gratitude for the leadership and direction that Vice-President Radock has given to the University's development and public relations efforts for more than two decades; a sense of loss that grows from the realization that such close and warm friends as Mike and Helen will be leaving Ann Arbor at least for a time.

The Regents therefore extend to Vice-President Michael Radock their warm albeit reluctant congratulations on his appointment at the University of Southern California, their deep appreciation for his enormous contributions to the leadership position the University has achieved in the areas of private support and other institutional advancement programs, and their fondest wishes for success in this new endeavor.

And to Mike and Helen-we will miss you, Godspeed.
