This collage, on a background of dusty pink, displays various book covers, watercolor illustrations, newspaper articles, historical documents, political cartoons, and maps related to the Philippines and its history. Multiple languages are featured in these texts, including Tagalog, Spanish, and English, demonstrating some of the history of translation in the Philippines. All of the texts featured in this collage are discussed later in the exhibit.
