Katz's Deli is a New York institution. First opened in 1888, this restaurant has continued to serve beans and franks, salami, and pastrami ever since. When three Katzs went to fight in World War II, the deli began its "Send a Salami to Your Boy in the Army" campaign, which has continued to provide kosher salamis to American GIs across the world.
Katz's is recognized as making one of the best pastramis in America.
These two "menus" are intended more for catering, as the restaurant is set-up cafeteria style, whereby you order in the line, not at a table.
