This week, the University of Michigan website spotlights student-driven entrepreneurial initiatives. The Shapiro Lobby Team, in collaboration with innovate blue, is pleased to present a complementary digital exhibit on the Shapiro Screens. The focus is on Made in Michigan, which is innovate blue's magazine that features student ventures from the 2015-2016 academic year.
On display this week features the work of the U-M Library Student Engagement Fellows iTeam Project, led by Carrie Luke. The iTeam is developing an integrative toolkit for engagement at U-M, which focuses on filling the reflection gap before, during, and after engaged learning experiences. The screens feature the research process of the iTeam, reflections from students who have participated in various engaged learning initiatives, as well as a prototype of the toolkit in development by the iTeam.
This week we welcome CAPS and their Messages of Hope campaign on display on the digital screens. The intention of the campaign is to promote awareness about mental illness, exam time stress, and student suicide via inspirational messages spread throughout campus. On display in the Shapiro Lobby digital screens this week will feature a digital exhibit presented by Messages of Hope as well as a Block M Installation. A couple events happening in the Lobby include National Poetry Month and Therapy Dogs. Finally, we have a couple information tables from CAPS in Action and the U-M Library Undergraduate Research Award.

On display in the Shapiro Lobby digital screens this week is the "I Am Study Abroad" exhibit presented by CGIS. In honor of Arab American Heritage Month, the lobby will host "Arab American Voices: Poetry, Performance, Reading" event on Wednesday 4/6, which will showcase students performing poetry, rap, short narratives, and other creative works. Finally, there are no orgs tabling in the lobby this week.
On display in the Shapiro Lobby digital screens this week is an exhibit featuring student MPortfolios. The exhibit will be accompanied by an event on Thursday, 3/31 featuring poster-style presentations and remarks. We will also have featured tables from Sinaboro, U-M's Korean Drumming group, to promote their upcoming event.
