If you are looking to make changes in your health-related behavior, there are books to help you support those resolutions, too, such as Food : What the Heck Should I Eat?, The 50 Healthiest Habits and Lifestyle Changes, and Yoga : the Path to Holistic Health.
For those of you who are students, Casey has selected several titles just for you!
