Ginsberg Center - Engage. Educate. Elect.
Monday, 10/3 - Sunday, 10/9
On display in the Shapiro Lobby this week, we have a digital exhibit from the Ginsberg Center to promote events, resources, and important dates leading up to the U.S. presidential election in November. The exhibit teaches students the basics to voting and how to prepare for the election using the themes of “Engage,” “Educate,” and “Elect.”

Alpha Omicron Pi
Tuesday, October 4 from 10am-2pm
Members of Alpha Omicron Pi will be recruiting by handing out informational flyers with dates of mass meetings, and contact information.


Michigan Libraries for Life
Wednesday, 10/5 from 1-5pm
Since 2010, libraries across Michigan have participated in this simple and effective campaign to educate patrons about organ, tissue, and eye donation and to encourage them to join the Michigan Organ Donor Registry. This effort was originally spearheaded by the University of Michigan’s Taubman Health Sciences Library but has expanded to include public, academic, special, and hospital libraries across the state. This collaborative effort has inspired nearly 2,900 people to sign up as donors. Please stop by the Shapiro Lobby table to learn more about organ donation or to sign up to save a life.


American Pharmacists Association Academy of Student Pharmacists (APhA-ASP)

The APhA-ASP will be promoting role of pharmacists in healthcare for American Pharmacists Month.
