Native American Heritage Month, November 2016
Monday, 11/21- Wednesday 11/30
For the remainder of November, we will be recognizing Native American Heritage Month with a digital exhibit created by the Native American Students Association (NASA), UM Peer Information Counseling program (PIC), and University Library Operations. It was designed by Michelle Sheng and organized by Jasmine Pawlicki.

This exhibit showcases the history of Native American Heritage Month and why it is important, with slides that take us through the unique history and experiences of Native Americans through colonization. It also turns our focus on Native American relationships with the University of Michigan, what are the Native American student groups at UM, and provides information for Native American History Month events.
