We Are Taking Pictures: 16 Photo Essays by LHSP 125
Monday, 11/14 - Sunday, 11/20
This week the Shapiro Lobby will be displaying video essays from the Lloyd Hall Scholars Program (LHSP) 125 course. This LHSP 125 course titled, What You See is What You Get: Exploring Image and Identity of Place and People through Street Photography had students visit Detroit and other locations to experience and capture photographs of the varying forms of street art. The videos on display were created by the LHSP 125 students and showcase the student street art photography to tell visual and engaging stories.



We are Taking Pictures, Opening Event
Tuesday, 11/15 from 10-11:30 am
Join us in opening event for the LHSP125 video essay exhbit to hear students discuss their projects and experiences seeing and photographing street art and creating their photo essays. Light snacks and refreshements provided. Open to public.

Painting in the Design Lab De-Stress Event
Tuesday, 11/15 from 5-8 pm

CGIS/Study Abroad Panel
Thursday, 11/17 from 3-4 pm
The Center for Global and Intercultural Study will be presenting on study abroad programs, how to apply, funding, and more followed by a Q&A session.
