Photographing Multiculturalism: Understanding the Development of Multicultural Identities
Monday 4/17 - Sunday 4/23
This week the Shapiro Library is featuring a photograph display from Library Mini-Grant recipient Shima Sadaghiyani. "Photographing Multiculturalism" sheds light on factors which contribute to an individual's sense of Bicultural Identity Integration through photography. This exhibit is part of Shima's research which also includes coding photographs, captions, and discussions from research participants and writing a report.


Open Poetry Readings
Monday 4/17 from 4-7 pm and Thursday 4/20 from 1-3 pm
Students from Professor Cody Walker and Professor Amy Sara Carrol's English 340 classes will be reading poetry they've written as part of their coursework.

Color Me Relaxed
Wednesday 4/19 from 12-5 pm
Drop by for some fun and relaxation to color your cares away! Michigan Publishing will be providing their adult coloring book Color Me Michigan: A University of Michigan Coloring Book for people to color with colored pencils, markers, and crayons. Additional activities include a workshop on how to make a coloring book pages from images, a Michigan trivia game, and light refreshments.
