We are very pleased to invite you all to the first session of a series of virtual encounters on various aspects of book history. Our first online meeting is devoted to bookbinding and is scheduled for July 6, 11:00 am (EDT). From Reader to Maker

On Friday, October 11th, U-M Library held a mini book making workshop in Design Lab Pie Space hosted by Ben Denzer, author of the Cheese Book. The workshop taught participants book binding using the perfect binding method and I left having made my own soft-cover book.
