February Book Displays

Black History book display

We have two new book displays in the 2nd floor lobby area of the Duderstadt Center. The first exhibit commemorates Black History Month, which is being celebrated all over campus this month. It showcases moments related to African American art, theater, music and more. The second exhibit commemorates Valentine's Day by highlighting the comics in our collection about love and romance.

On display in the Shapiro Lobby digital screens this week is the "Black History Month Exhibit - #WeAreNow: Black Student Organizations Promoting Change". The exhibit will be accompanied by a Black History Month event on Wednesday, 2/24, with refreshments and button making. We will also have featured tables from the Panhellenic Association, Dream Corps International, Active Minds at U-M: National Eating Disorder Awareness Week, and TEDxUofM.
