This week in the Shapiro Lobby we are displaying an exhibit for Coming Out Week 2017 from the Spectrum Center. We are also hosting information tables for MI Libraries for Life and the scary October book display.
This week the Shapiro Lobby is celebrating LGBTQ Pride Month with an exhibit created by Meredith Kahn and the UM Spectrum Center featuring Pride Month events, resources, and statistics. We will also be hosting June's book display "Commemorating Stonewall" for LGBTQ Pride Month.
This week in the Shapiro Lobby we are featuring the exhibit "Jane Austen 1817-2017" which features student-curated work marking the bicentennial of Jane Austen's death. We will also be hosting the monthly book display "May I?" as well as a donation bin for Textbooks for Change.

This week in the Shapiro Lobby we are featuring the exhibit "Photographing Multiculturalism" designed by Shima Sadaghiyani as part of a Library Mini-Grant. We will also be hosting poetry readings for two English 340 classes as well as a coloring book event.
Come learn about all of the projects the Library's Mini-Grant Program is funding at this week's Shapiro Lobby display "Student Engagement Symposium: Library Mini-Grant Recipients." The display will be up before, during, and after the Student Engagement Symposium on April 11 and 12. We will also be hosting the monthly book display "April Showers," a therapy dog event, and information tables for a free speech app.
